Saba Inc. Was founded in 1997 and started as a supplier of software for human capital management. This resulted in product offerings for both learning management and talent management. Saba Learning Suite
The learning management system (LMS) is Saba’s core functionality. The LMS offers rich functionality to support all operational learning processes in the organization. This also comprises functionality for certification, curricula en blended learning.
Saba Performance Suite.
This module enables the organization to align the company’s objectives with personnel objectives. The employees’ performance is measured and, based on that, development plans are defined for improving performance.
Saba Talent Suite.
The talent suite enables the organization to lead the right employee to the right job position. When this module is used in an intelligent way the organization is able to track her talented persons, to stimulate them and to use their capabilities in the best achievable way.
Saba Centra Suite.
Do you want effective and less expensive training, meeting, software-support or introducing new products? With Centra the organization has a virtual environment to enable all of this. All virtual sessions, as virtual classroom, can be recorded and published in the LMS for later use.
Saba Social.
Saba Social is enabling the organization in informal learning and social networking. The employees are facilitated with access to experts, knowledge bases, forums and other (in)formal sources of knowledge.
Siennax Learning Services is delivering Saba licenses based on rental or purchase basis. Siennax Learning Services also takes care of technical, functional and business implementation of Saba for your organization. SABA is delivered in most cases as “Software-as-a-service”, so Siennax takes care of hosting, networking, safety, security, backup, helpdesk, and incident and change management.
